Peach Delight

<h1>Peach Delight</h1>
<p>FIRST LAYER INGREDIENTS</p>
<ul>
<li>1 stick butter (oleo)</li>
<li>1 cup all-purpose flour</li>
<li>1 cup chopped pecans</li>
</ul>
<h2>Directions</h2>
<ol>
<li>Mix the butter, flour, and pecans together.</li>
<li>Press into a 9 × 13-inch baking dish.</li>
<li>Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.</li>
<li>Cool completely before adding the next layer.</li>
</ol>
<p>SECOND LAYER INGREDIENTS</p>
<ul>
<li>8 ounces cream cheese, softened</li>
<li>1 cup powdered sugar</li>
<li>1 cup Cool Whip, from the large container</li>
</ul>
<h2>Directions</h2>
<ol>
<li>Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Cool Whip together until smooth.</li>
<li>Spread evenly over the cooled first layer.</li>
</ol>
<p>THIRD LAYER INGREDIENTS</p>
<ul>
<li>2 cups sugar</li>
<li>6 tablespoons cornstarch</li>
<li>6 tablespoons peach Jell-O</li>
<li>2 cups water</li>
<li>Fresh peaches, preferred, or canned or frozen peaches</li>
</ul>
<h2>Directions</h2>
<ol>
<li>Combine the sugar, cornstarch, peach Jell-O, and water in a saucepan.</li>
<li>Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.</li>
<li>Let the mixture cool.</li>
<li>Stir in the peaches.</li>
<li>Spread over the cream cheese layer.</li>
</ol>
<p>FOURTH LAYER INGREDIENTS</p>
<ul>
<li>Remaining Cool Whip</li>
</ul>
<h2>Directions</h2>
<ol>
<li>Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the top.</li>
<li>Chill thoroughly before serving.</li>
