<li>2 pounds frozen hash browns</li>
|
|
<li>1/2 cup butter</li>
|
|
<li>1 pint sour cream</li>
|
|
<li>1 can cream of chicken soup</li>
|
|
<li>1/2 cup chopped onion</li>
|
|
<li>2 cups sharp cheddar</li>
|
|
<li>Salt and pepper</li>
|
|
<li>1 1/2 rolls Ritz crackers, crushed</li>
|
|
</ul>

|
<h2>Directions</h2>

<ol>

|
<li>Mix all but crackers and place in greased pan.</li>
|
|
<li>Top with crackers mixed with melted butter.</li>
|
|
<li>Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.</li>
