<h1>Santa Fe Soup</h1>
<p>We pour this over corn chips and top it off with sour cream and grated cheese.</p>
<h2>Ingredients</h2>
<ul>
<li>2 pounds ground round or chuck</li>
<li>1/2 onion, optional</li>
<li>3 cups water</li>
<li>2 packages taco seasoning</li>
<li>2 packages ranch mix</li>
<li>1 can tomatoes, undrained</li>
<li>1 can Rotel, undrained</li>
<li>1 can black beans, undrained</li>
<li>1 can pinto beans, undrained</li>
<li>1 can kidney beans, undrained</li>
<li>2 cans shoepeg corn, drained</li>
</ul>
<h2>Directions</h2>
<ol>
<li>Brown meat and onion and drain.</li>
<li>Combine all ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 hours.</li>
