<h2>Ingredients</h2>
<ul>
<li>3 cups plain flour</li>
<li>1 teaspoon salt</li>
<li>2 cups sugar</li>
<li>1 teaspoon baking soda</li>
<li>3 teaspoons cinnamon</li>
<li>1 1/4 cups pecans</li>
<li>2 10-ounce packages frozen strawberries</li>
<li>3 eggs, beaten</li>
<li>1 1/4 cups cooking oil</li>
</ul>
<h2>Directions</h2>
<ol>
<li>Thaw strawberries and mash them up some. Add eggs and oil and stir well.</li>
<li>Mix dry ingredients, then fold into strawberry mixture.</li>
<li>Pour into two greased loaf pans and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.</li>
