+<li>1 pound squash, cooked and drained</li>
+<li>1 stick butter</li>
+<li>1/2 onion, chopped</li>
+<li>1 cup grated cheddar</li>
+<li>1/2 cup mayonnaise</li>
+<li>1/2 green pepper</li>
+<li>2 eggs, beaten</li>
+<li>Salt and pepper</li>
+</ul>
+<h2>Directions</h2>
+<ol>
+<li>Mix and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.</li>
+<li>Top with cheese and cracker crumbs (dot with a little butter) and bake about  8 to 10 minutes more.</li>
