+<h2>Ingredients</h2>
+<ul>
+<li>2 bags fresh spinach</li>
+<li>1 onion</li>
+<li>3 or 4 cloves garlic</li>
+<li>1 pound feta cheese</li>
+<li>butter</li>
+<li>1 egg</li>
+<li>1 box phyllo dough</li>
+</ul>
+<h2>Directions</h2>
+<ol>
+<li>Cook the onion and garlic in butter.</li>
+<li>Add the spinach and cover until the water cooks out.</li>
+<li>Add the feta cheese.</li>
+<li>Lay out one sheet of phyllo at a time, brushing each with butter. Layer and cut into strips.</li>
+<li>Place a tablespoon of filling on one end and fold into a triangle.</li>
+<li>Seal with water.</li>
+<li>Brush with egg and bake at 350°F until browned.</li>
