+<li>2 cups Wheaties</li>
+<li>3 cups oatmeal</li>
+<li>1 cup coconut</li>
+<li>1 cup nuts</li>

+<li>Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a small bowl.</li>
+<li>In a large bowl, cream the shortening, brown sugar, and white sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla.</li>
