+<p>As relayed to Terra by phone in 2001</p>
+<h2>Ingredients</h2>
+<ul>
+<li>2 cups macaroni</li>
+<li>4 eggs</li>
+<li>2 1/2 cups milk, using part regular milk and part canned milk or whipping cream</li>
+<li>1/2 cup butter</li>
+<li>At least 12 ounces shredded cheddar cheese</li>
+<li>Salt, to taste</li>
+</ul>
+<h2>Directions</h2>
+<ol>
+<li>Cook the macaroni for 10 minutes.</li>
+<li>Beat the eggs in a bowl and mix with the milk.</li>
+<li>Stir in the butter, shredded cheddar cheese, and salt.</li>
+<li>Mix everything together and pour into a baking dish.</li>
+<li>Cover and bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes.</li>
