+<li>3 heads cabbage, grated</li>
+<li>3 large onions</li>
+<li>3 bell peppers</li>
+<li>3 large carrots</li>
+<li>1 cup white vinegar</li>
+<li>1 tablespoon salt</li>
+<li>1 tablespoon ground pepper</li>
+<li>2 tablespoons cayenne</li>
+<li>3 cups sugar</li>
+<li>3 cups mustard</li>
+</ul>

+<li>Bring all ingredients to boil and cook over medium heat 20 minutes, stirring constantly.</li>
