<h2>Ingredients</h2>
<ul>
<li>1 cup butter</li>
<li>2 cups sugar</li>
<li>2 eggs</li>
<li>2 teaspoons vanilla</li>
<li>4 cups flour</li>
<li>1 cup cocoa</li>
<li>3 teaspoons baking soda</li>
<li>1 teaspoon baking powder</li>
<li>1 teaspoon salt</li>
<li>2 cups milk</li>
</ul>
<h2>Directions</h2>
<p>Cream butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
Add milk to the creamed mixture and mix well.
Add the blended dry ingredients and mix well again.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased sheets and bake at 350°F for 7 to 8 minutes. This will make about 50 3” pies.
Cool, then fill.
FILLING</p>
<ul>
<li>1 cup shortening</li>
<li>1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla</li>
<li>Small amount milk</li>
<li>1 small jar marshmallow cream</li>
<li>1 pound confectioners' sugar</li>
</ul>
<p>Cream shortening, sugar, and vanilla. Add marshmallow cream and cream again, adding milk as necessary. Fill cooled pies.</p>
