<h2>Ingredients</h2>
<ul>
<li>1 or 2 large onions, chopped</li>
<li>4 ribs celery, chopped</li>
<li>1/2 cup butter</li>
<li>4 cups crumbled cornbread</li>
<li>2 cups toasted bread, crumbled</li>
<li>6 cups chicken broth</li>
<li>Salt and pepper</li>
<li>6 eggs</li>
<li>1/2 teaspoon sage</li>
</ul>
<h2>Directions</h2>
<ol>
<li>Sauté onion and celery in butter until just tender.</li>
<li>Beat eggs and combine all ingredients.</li>
<li>Bake in greased casserole at 375°F about 1 hour.</li>
